Working with sugar, buttercream, fondant, chocolate and pastillage, Leah Stewart creates edible works
of art. Her specialty is using the bride's gown as the inspiraton for the design of the cake. With gumpaste
flowers, edible pearls, cast sugar gems and fondant lace, a wedding cake coordinates beautifuly with the most important dress
a woman will ever wear. Three of Stewart's creations have been on display in the Sullivan University collection--a
white chocolate ladies hat decorated with handmade dark chocolate roses and white violets, a dark chocolate tall, gentleman's
tophat and an art deco inspired pastillage vase filled with a bouquet of handmade chocolate flowers.
