Groom's cakes are an old Southern tradition. A groom's cake is frequently chocolate, but
it doesn't have to be. It reflects the groom's interests, hobbies or profession. It's usually a design
not as formal as the bride's cake, more humorous and light-hearted. It looks best when placed on it's own table
at the reception. About half the time a groom's cake is served at the Rehearsal Dinner which is hosted by the Groom
and his family.
